track and field just trying to find the lightest material with an nice spike pad. majority of the time the spike is determined by the look and color, but can be bad for those with foot problems. seen too many foot injuries in track to say style isn't everything to it. what I'm going to show you is the right shoe for the appropriate distance or by race. some are more versatile than others due to better support and others are just too harsh on the feet to go past a 1600m race. So starting with the longer distances and moving down starting with 5k just for kicks.
